Uitermate keurige car rental service. Voor het invullen en uitleggen van het contract werd rustig de tijd genomen. Omdat we 's avonds zo laat terug kwamen, konden we geen open tankstation meer vinden, dus hebben we de auto niet met een volle tank ingeleverd. Toen ik daarover belde was daar alle begrip voor. Een paar dagen later werd keurig mijn voorschot (minus de gebruikte benzine) teruggestort. Zeer aan te bevelen bedrijf! ~ Bénine R

Ich bekam ein schönes Auto vors Hotel gestellt (40€ extra). Die Übergabe und der Vertragsabschluss erfolgten einfach und schnell. Leider war der Tank bei Übergabe nicht voll. Da hat der Vormieter gespart! Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung und bis zur kontaktlosen Rückgabe (ich musste nur den Schlüssel bei der Hotelrezeption abgeben) gab es keinen weiteren zeitlich Aufwand für mich. I continue to come in & out of Portugal in between my work commitments elsewhere, locals told me about Multi Car Rental around seven years ago and I have used them constantly during that time. We have had many different cars, Multi are trustworthy and great to deal with. We have done over 250,000 klms in Multi Cars. We have had only a few flat tyres in that time, which is only natural, when I call them, nothing is a problem and they send someone out to assist and provide alternate transport when needed. My wife and I are glad of the introduction. Multi are a proud family business, they are professional, always available, and quick to respond to any requirements ~ Steve M

We hired a car for 5 days during our recent trip to Western Algarve. Booked from UK using the What's App link that popped up when I went on the website. Had not booked anything like this by Whats App before but it worked brilliantly. All my questions were answered promptly and we paid a small deposit by bank transfer. The car was delivered to our hotel bang on the time agreed and we were really pleased with it - and with the polite efficient service from the lady that delivered it. To return it we just gave the keys to reception and it was picked up. No problems at all, and the whole package was about 1/3 cheaper than booking through a UK car agency. Wir hatten vom 12.02.-22.02.2025 uns einen Toyota-Bus ohne viel Mühe mieten können. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir hatte am vorletzten Tag ein Technischen- Problem mit dem Fahrzeug, uns wurde sofort ohne große Verzögerung ein neues Fahrzeug zur Verfügung gestellt👍👍👍👍 Ich kann bisher nur Sagen, alles bestens u. immer wieder(im kommenden Jahr). Since September 2019 I am very often, about 6 times a year, in Lagos on my sailing ship , and I have used ALWAYS a Multirental car for my mobility. No car problem has occured, no time problem, I have been picked up in time at Faro airport and driven from the close-by station of Multirental to the Faro airport. Any travel changes by me or flight time changes have made no probs at all. Very flexible, customer friendly, good cars, not any negative experience has occured. Very happy, never I had any idea of looking for another car hire company. Will use Multirental as long as I am in Algarve with my ship. Alexander ~ Sascha H

Having hired a number of cars before I have to say this is one of the best companies I have used. We used them for the last week during our holiday in Salema Portugal and arranged it as a last minute thing and the car was delivered to our hotel with less than 24 hours notice. Once we finished with the car all I had to do was leave the keys at our hotels reception so we didn’t have to wait around and they then collected the car completely trouble free and returned our deposit the same day! The car itself was delivered in great condition with a full tank of fuel for us to return the same which makes life easier rather than trying to guess how much to put in! The gentleman that delivered the car was polite and very thorough and we were able to make all payments to him with his remote card machine which again made life easy! Can’t fault them and if you are looking to hire a car in the Algarve I would highly recommend them! ~ Tim J

Hired a very tidy Mercedes van to collect a couple of bikes from cape sao vicente. Booked online from new zealand 6 weeks earlier. Great friendly service when we sorted the paperwork (all in english) and picked up the van. We dropped the van back after hours. We started to organize a taxi to the restaurant we were going to have dinner at when Pedro approached us. He told us he worked for Multi Rental and was on his way home and did we need a lift to where we were going. I showed Pedro the address and we were soon there, before our guests. Haben hier einen Mietwagen für unseren Aufenthalt in der Algarve gemietet. Die Abholung des Autos war seht unkompliziert. Der Waagen selber war auch top. Es gab keine Probleme. Die Rückgabe des Autos war ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert und ging schnell von statten. Gerne wieder!! ~ Michael

The staff at Multi Rental were friendly and super helpful. We reserved or car online and had prompt reasons to a requested change. Once we got to the office everything was ready, and the warm and cordial staff were happy to give us the advice we needed to ease our entry and make the most of our time in the Algarve. There was no high pressure sales for extras. I wish renting a car in the US could be this pleasurable. Having the car did make a Huge positive difference for our time there. We had booked a removal company in Portugal to do a house move from Central Portugal to the Algarve and two days before the move was due to happen, we were let down so had to do it ourselves. We found Multi Rental after searching the internet for local rental companies and, after reading the positive reviews, we contacted them to see if they could help. Guara, David and the rest of the team at Multi Rental were nothing short of brilliant - they found us a van at short notice that was big enough to do our move and at a really competitive price. The whole process from the initial phone call, to picking up and returning the van was simple, professional and refreshingly transparent (compared to other vehicle rental companies used in the past). I rented a car for my holidays for 8 days. From the start it was a really good experience. The employee was so nice to me, the car was there on really short notice (I decided to rent it one day before), the whole renting process was so uncomplicated! Great experience with Multi rental. A personnel went to the airport to pick us up to the office, then gave us a really enjoyable car (full option, less than 6000km) and very comfortable. Our experience went really well. So far, no problem with insurance due to problems, deteriorations or something like that.
